Kiloop AI

Delete your Kiloop account

You can delete your Kiloop AI account and its data at any time, from the app or by asking us. Kiloop AI is developed by Kiloop.

Delete from the app (fastest)

  1. Open Kiloop and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away, and you're signed out.

Don't have the app? Ask us

Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it. To protect your account, we may reply to that address to confirm it's you before deleting anything.

Email a deletion request

Or write to hello@getkiloop.io with the subject “Delete my Kiloop account”. We complete email requests within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your account and sign-in methods: email, Apple, Google and passkeys
  • Your walks and routes
  • Your journeys, with their photos, videos and notes
  • Journey videos
  • AI training plans
  • Your streak history
  • Health data imported from Apple Health or Health Connect
  • Your settings and devices
  • Support messages and screenshots you sent us

From the app, this happens immediately. Copies in our encrypted backups are removed as those backups expire, within 90 days.

What we keep, and why

  • Purchase and transaction records, for as long as tax and accounting laws require
  • Records we must keep to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute
  • Internal security logs about your account, for up to a year
  • Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you

Delete only some data

You don't have to delete your whole account. In the app you can delete individual walks and journeys, on Free and Plus. You can also disconnect Apple Health or Health Connect in Profile, which stops new health data being read and deletes the health data we stored.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Kiloop Plus subscription, because it's billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
